Flo is still continuing to experiment with her artworks alongside her “Hidden in full view” project and her commissions.

Flo loves the wash effects you can get on unprimed fabric surfaces, so the calico was actually washed and painted prior to being mounted on plywood.

The muse for the portrait is an artist called Zoe. When she saw the artwork she loved it because she felt that it was quite different to Flo’s usual style, and this represented her own artistic journey, as she doesn’t want to be tied to a medium, method or style of working. Which is why Flo named it after her, not something she would usually do

The calico is mounted on 9mm circular plywood, diametre 50cm. The artwork is not framed, and does not necessarily need framing.

The Artwork is hand signed by the Artist.
