Shipping & Returns Policy
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. It will vary from 3 - 14 working days to prepare and ship an item in the UK and possibly longer outside of the UK. Items are made to order.
For overseas deliveries, processing time will be the same but delivery could take longer.
Where possible, if you are ordering more than 1 item, items will be packaged together to avoid unnecessary packaging. If you require items to be packed separately then please contact us directly in relation to this.
Items are delivered via Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Items with a value of over £50 will be sent with tracked delivery.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
We accept returns and exchanges
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
We don't accept cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
In the unlikely event that your item should arrive damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of the item arriving and include photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.
