This painting is a portrait in a different format. This painting is based on Flo’s childhood memory of wearing new shoes. Every time she would have new shoes when she was a child, she would have to wear them to bed, and have them prized off of her feet by her mum in her sleep!

Many people have shoes like this as a child and therefore it has a real nostalgic feel to it.

It is painted on an Stretched Art Canvas measuring approximately 50cm x 77cm x 4cm deep. The edges of the painting are painted so you are able to hang the Artwork straight away. Equally it would look great with the addition of a box frame
