Unusually for me this one has a white background, but it was necessary for this painting.

I don’t often know why I paint certain things, but upon reflection understand them. For me this painting symbolizes what it feels like to be an introvert. To be an introvert doesn’t mean that you lack confidence, it doesn’t mean that you don’t want to wear interesting clothes or not have brightly coloured hair, it sometimes just means (amongst other things) that your social battery can easily run low. It can even run low right in the middle of a social event, and you recharge by finding a quiet space, in the company of a plant or animal!

This artwork is painted on a stretched canvas. It measures approximately 61cm square.

The artwork has a lovely simple bare wood frame, with a shadow gap. The framed measurements are approximately 64cm x 64cm x 3cm.

The Artwork is hand signed by the Artist.
